Es gebe keine Kultur in den Krankenhäusern und Heimen, um Beziehungen zu Menschen herzustellen. Die Begegnungen zwischen Arzt und sufferer, zwischen Pflegern und Kranken werden immer weniger, weil dazu keine Zeit mehr sei. Manchmal wird öffentlich von Altenbergen und Kostenfaktoren auf zwei Beinen geredet. Alte und kranke Menschen würden damit brutal entwertet.“ heisst es im Artikel.
